This therapeutic process consists of five stages, delivered over several one-hour sessions. It aims to release trauma, resolve anxious and depressive states, resolve emotional triggers, and eliminate limiting beliefs. By clearing past emotional baggage and updating the unconscious programs that influence our thoughts and behaviour, you can move forward in your life, be your authentic self and live the life that you choose to live.
Mind Reboot focuses on the 4 core subconscious factors that drive unhealthy thoughts and behaviours
Trauma
The first step is usually to release all past trauma, therefore putting a stop to these past negative experiences affecting us in the present.
Protective Mechanisms
This step focuses on resolving the protective mechanisms (anxious and depressive states) that currently fire automatically to protect us from the past repeating itself. These mechanisms were obviously helpful at one point in our lives, but often they are causing more problems than they are solving now.
Emotional Triggers
These triggers are formed in early childhood, up to age of 7 years old, and have a huge influence over how we react emotionally to people and situations. This may be in relation to anger, sadness, fear, guilt or hurt. Without reprogramming these at an unconscious level, these triggers won’t change on their own.
Limiting Beliefs
This step focuses on removing the limiting beliefs which we hold about ourselves and the world around us, which form our self image and has huge affects on our self worth. Let’s remove all those stories you’ve been telling yourself.
